With limited availability and long-term appreciation potential, owning a slip is both a premium boating convenience and a cash-flow investment.

Legendary Marina membership is designed around making boat ownership in The Bahamas more convenient. Members have access to marina amenities that include high-speed marine gasoline and diesel pumps, pump-out service upon request, potable water and ice, Wi-Fi, hurricane storage plans, parking, a marine store, restrooms and showers, a freshwater swimming pool, and a tiki bar.
With Nassau as your home base and the Exumas just 32 nautical miles away, your next day on the water is always within reach.

Membership Fees & Availability
Membership purchase pricing is available upon request. Ongoing HOA/operations and maintenance fees apply to all wet and dry slip memberships. Wet-slip utilities, including electricity and water, are metered separately.
