Our state-of-the-art dry storage facility is engineered to withstand winds up to 185 mph, offering one of the highest levels of protection available in the Bahamas. Enjoy fast launch and retrieval, app-based scheduling, 24/7 security, and integrated fire suppression systems.
Hull wash and engine flush are included with every storage cycle—so your vessel is always ready for what’s next.
Wet Storage
Our protected floating dock system offers premium wet slips with shore power (20, 50, and 100 amp), fresh water, fuel access, and complimentary pump-out upon request. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, restrooms, and on-site marine service support.

Each slip is fully equipped with power, fueling access, and pump-out services, all backed by 24/7 security. Our on-site concierge team is available to coordinate details and ensure a seamless marina experience from arrival to departure.

Hurricane Storage Plans
Seasonal hurricane storage plans are available for owners who want a proactive haul-out strategy in place before a named storm approaches.
Each plan includes one haul-out and storage cycle per season. Additional storm activations may be accommodated at standard rates.
Wet & Dry Slips
Buying Your Slip
Legendary Marina offers the opportunity to own both wet and dry slips at Blue Water Cay. Slip ownership provides a permanent home for your vessel, transferable membership, low ongoing HOA fees, and the option to generate income through our rental pool, with owners receiving 60% of rental revenue and the marina retaining 40%. With limited availability and long-term appreciation potential, owning a slip is both a premium boating convenience and a cash-flow investment.
