Suntex Client Benefits at Legendary Marina

Suntex customers receive a collection of exclusive marina benefits through the partnership with Legendary Marina Blue Water Cay. From priority dockage and hurricane-season storage to concierge customs assistance and service coordination, these offerings are designed to support your vessel and your time on the water.

Suntex Customers are eligible for discounted:

  • Wet slip dockage
  • Dry storage
  • Hurricane season enclosed dry stack storage (CAT5-rated), subject to availability
  • Priority access to dockage reservations, subject to availability under specific conditions:
    • Minimum twenty-four (24) hours advance notice required
    • Reservations and coordination are facilitated by Partner through its designated customer support channels (including 24/7 WhatsApp support, as offered by Partner)

Partner will provide one (1) complimentary vessel inspection haul-out in connection with a qualifying wet slip stay.

Conditions:

  • Wet slip stay required for a minimum of seven (7) consecutive nights
  • If repairs are identified following inspection:
    • Partner will not charge daily dry storage fees for the first seven (7) days of the repair period
    • Thereafter, Partner’s standard rates will apply unless otherwise agreed by Partner

Suntex Customers are eligible for:

  • Discount on Partner’s standard hurricane storage plans (May – November), with pricing based on vessel size
  • Access to enclosed dry stack storage (CAT5-rated), subject to availability

Additional Offering:

  • Partner will provide one (1) complimentary month of enclosed storage with a qualifying six (6) month paid storage agreement
  • Conditions:
    • The complimentary month must be used in accordance with Partner’s scheduling policies and may be subject to seasonal limitations
    • Storage access, timing, and availability will be determined solely by Partner
    • Additional terms and conditions of Partner’s storage programs will apply

Partner will waive its standard concierge coordination fee (currently $300) for Bahamas Customs & Immigration assistance.

Service includes (as provided by Partner):

  • Dockside arrival coordination
  • Assistance with documentation preparation
  • Liaison with Bahamas Customs & Immigration officials
  • Crew and passenger guidance
  • Expedited clearance coordination when available
  • Digital pre-arrival checklist and document review

Conditions:

  • Suntex Customers remain solely responsible for all applicable government fees, duties, taxes, and official charges
  • All services are subject to availability and government processing requirements

Partner will waive its standard vendor coordination or service fee for third-party service providers performing work at Partner’s marina.

Conditions:

  • This waiver applies only to fees imposed by Partner for coordination or access
  • This waiver does not apply to fees charged directly by third-party vendors
  • All vendor access remains subject to Partner’s rules, policies, and approval processes
Partner will provide discount on ship store merchandise purchases (excluding fuel), subject to standard exclusions, inventory availability, and Partner policies.
