We realize that a Member’s slip may not be used 100% of the time, so for these instances, a unique rental income opportunity will be available. Memberships at Legendary Marina will allow Members to sublease their slips, offsetting expenses and earning passive rental income when their slips are not in use. Rental Income Benefits

Legendary Marina at Blue Water Cay offers its Members the opportunity to sublease their wet or dry slips as part of their membership benefits. Members who choose to sublease their slips will receive 60% of the slip rental proceeds. While the marina management team will make efforts to keep unoccupied slips subleased, there is no guarantee in rental revenue or profit. With this in mind, Members are encouraged to promote their slips for subleasing to friends and family to maximize their rental potential. This innovative approach provides Members with a flexible way to manage expenses while enjoying the exceptional boating experience at Blue Water Cay.

Dry Docks a Rarity in Nassau

As the sole dry boat storage option in Nassau, Legendary Marina is experiencing high demand for its dry dock facility. The building is rated to withstand Category 5 windspeeds, giving owners a real hurricane plan that will satisfy most insurance carriers. The state of the dry storage building will feature as many as 750 slips, and can accept boats up to 55 feet in length. Boats will not only be protected from daily wear and tear, but owners will also have peace of mind thanks to 24-hour security, a fenced complex, and closed-circuit video monitoring. An app-based reservation service enables owners to schedule their departures and add provisions such as fuel, water, and ice with ease. And when you return from your trip, our team is ready to give your boat a freshwater washdown and engine flushing, complimentary. Whether for a day trip or a week-long adventure, as a Member, you simply reserve a date and time for launch, select your provisions on the app, and your boat will be ready when you arrive, ready to head out to your destination with ease.

Industry-Leading Wet Slips

Legendary Marina has partnered with Marina Technologies (MTI), an industry leader in docking systems, to offer state-of-the-art wet slips. The 120-slip wet dock can accommodate boats up to 220 feet in length. Constructed with heavy-duty aluminum frames, the docks include multiple fuel docks, power pedestals, potable water, 50A and 30A shore power at all slips, with 100A power available at larger slips. The combination of the dock’s ability to withstand heavy wave loads and the protected marina basin ensures calm, tranquil waters and easy access.

On-Site Marina Amenities

A limited number of exclusive marina memberships are currently available, with the marina’s completion scheduled for 2025. In addition to exceptional storage solutions, the marina will feature full marine service capability, onsite marine parts sales, upholstery services, detailing, and more. We take care of readying your boat before you arrive and rinse the boat and flush the engines upon your return.
